If you have a question or even a problem about a particular offer that you have brought on eBay, please use our ticketing system on your personal myCultuzz website. You can open this website using the link we have sent to you within the e-mail after the auction was finished. Alternatively you can use the check-out on eBay (pay now). This button will link you directly to your myCultuzz website.
The ticketing system is available under Any Questions? in the menu on the left hand side.
