What happens at the end of the auction?
At the end of the auction, the winner will receive an e-mail from Cultuzz with a link to your personal myCultuzz website. This will provide you with all the information you need regarding payment, voucher and reservation.

How does the handling of payments take place?
The seller/ the hotel has authorised Cultuzz to handle the payment. On eBay you will also find all information about the procedure after auction end and our bank accounts below each auction offer text.

Is it possible to pay with another currency?
Cultuzz accepts payments in EUR, CHF, GBP, USD, AUD and INR to our bank accounts via Electronic Funds Transfer. After the auction you will receive an e-mail from Cultuzz with a link to your personal myCultuzz website. This will provide you with all the information you need regarding payment in different currencies.

Is it possible to pay by credit card?
Yes, you can pay all auctions by credit card (VISA, Mastercard). Please note that the credit card payment is handled by "WireCard". Therefore fees are incurred, dependant on the value. Unfortunately, we must pass on these fees to the service user. If you do not wish to pay these fees, please pay via bank transfer.

Is it possible to get an invoice for the eBay arrangement?
Please contact the seller directly regarding an invoice. The contract will be made between you (the buyer) and the hotel (the seller). Only the seller is authorised to create an invoice.

How do I get the voucher?
As soon as the payment has been received and registered, the voucher will be sent to the buyer by the seller (i.e. the hotel) itself or (if the seller has authorised Cultuzz to handle the voucher service) the buyer will be able to download the voucher as a PDF file all over the world.

How long will it take to receive my voucher?
You will receive the voucher first after payment has been registered.

Is the voucher transferable?
In general the voucher is transferable (unless other restrictions are advised). Please take a look inside the auction offer text.

How long is the voucher valid?
In general the voucher is valid for one year from the receipt of payment (unless other restrictions are advised). Please take a look inside the auction offer text.

What is the price for postage and packing?
You will receive your voucher free of charge. You don't have to pay fees for postage and packing if the voucher will be sent by the seller/ the hotel or if the voucher download is provided by Cultuzz.

Is it possible to purchase additional services?
Please contact the seller directly for more information about additional services / upgrade. Payments for additional services have to be made to the seller / the hotel.

How do I make the reservation?
For any details concerning the reservation, please contact the seller i.e. the hotel directly. In some cases you (the buyer) can select the preferred arrival date online via an availability calendar. The highlighted days on the calendar are available arrival dates. The selected period is tentatively reserved for seven days until the auction has been paid. Once we have received and registered the payment, the booking will be confirmed.
